SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES
Processing times are between 1-2 business days. Please allow longer times for large orders, customized items, and holidays. We ship via USPS, which then requires 3-5 business days for delivery. If you have any questions or issues with your order, please contact us.

Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply return your undamaged product with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) the following products are not eligible for return: used items, or customized items.
Conditions of Returns
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If item is not returned in original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
When we receive a valid claim for a defective product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
