How long does it normally take to receive an order? 
Our processing times run between 1-2 business days before your order leaves our shop in Texas. We use USPS, and standard shipping requires 3-5 business days for delivery. Please allow longer processing times for large orders and holidays. Please see our Shipping and Returns Page for more information, or contact us if you have any questions regarding your order. 


Do you offer international shipping? Currently, we only ship to the USA and its territories. 


Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Yes, we do accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery. For more information, please see our Returns policy. 


Can I have an item customized? 
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer custom embroidery. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding alternate colors or sizes.
